How does annual billing work?

What's the difference between Visibility SaaS and Managed SEO?

Visibility SaaS is self-serve: you get the monthly re-scan, dashboard, rank tracking, backlink alerts and 2 articles a month. Managed SEO means we run the whole SEO function on your behalf — ongoing technical fixes, 4 or 8 articles a month, a dedicated SEO manager and a monthly performance report. Managed tiers have a 3-month minimum commitment.

How does the Agency (white-label) tier work?

You resell our engine under your own brand: white-label scan tool, white-label reports, an agency master dashboard and a separate workspace per client, at R3,500 per client per month. The minimum is 3 active client accounts — white-label infrastructure and brand licensing are fixed costs, and three workspaces make the unit economics work for both sides.

Are prices VAT inclusive?

All ZAR prices are shown excluding VAT; 15% South African VAT is added at invoice. USD invoices are tax-exclusive and jurisdiction-specific tax is handled automatically for international clients. ZAR is our base currency and USD prices are derived from a R18.50 = $1 reference rate, reviewed quarterly.
